I had an outdated water filtration system being serviced by another company. They never suggested any changes or updates even with constant water issues. Mike came and tested the water and pump on sight, doing so he was able to diagnose the issues with my set up. He promptly gave me an estimate at a very reasonable price. Mike came in the morning and I was able to shower with clean water that afternoon with outstanding pressure. American Pump Service will be my go to company from now on.
Mike has done excellent work for us in the past but he goes above and beyond. One evening we had no water and I frantically called him at 8:30pm and left a message. He called me back 1 minute later and he then spent 20 minutes on the phone with us trying to fix our problem – patiently and with the utmost professionalism. He even said would come out at 6:30am the next morning! Mike is always my first call for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
We were very impressed with all the work done at our house. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We ended up needing to replace our old pump and Mike had it replaced the same day! I would highly recommend American Pump Service to anyone!!
